Maybe it's just me, and maybe it's just the media coverage, but it seems like there have been a rash of missing kids lately. As a Mommy, it really bothers me. So, I'm adding an RSS feed to the Center for Missing and Exploited Children to this blog, to show my support. You can see it between Defective Yeti and pop bytes on the right side of the screen.

In a Funk
Don't mind me and my lack of posting. I'm in my usual mid-winter funk, which results in 0% productivity at home, manic episodes (resulting FROM 0% productivity at home), and waaaaaay too much time spent playing idiotic games on the Internet. However, I motivated myself into some heavy duty editing tonight, so that's good. I won't say my funk is over, because the spurt of motivation came hot on the heels of weather in the mid-50s today. The warmth is supposed to hold for a few days, so I might actually get this book done! I'm so close...
Winter, be gone!
