RIP Corey Haim

I, like every other teenage girl in the late 1980s, had a monster crush on Corey Haim. My girlfriend who sits in the office next to me had the same reaction I did when I read the headline on CNN - "OH MY GOD!!" Aside from the fact that he's barely older than we are (not that he died of natural causes or anything that would make that statement relevant), he was an icon...every girl I knew had a poster of Corey Haim ripped from Bop or Teen Beat or Tiger Beat.

So, it's a sad day. If this had happened when I was 14, I probably would have worn black for a month. (and if it had been Kirk Cameron, I would have had a stroke.)
