If I bother with the count monitor, it'll be later in the month. Basically, it spent as much time down as it did up (maybe more) last year. While you all got to appreciate my inspired and hilarious use of alt tags as a humor medium ("has anybody seen my disco stick?"), it just seems like less work to not fight with the count monitor.

Now, if I can only keep those other two novels at bay for the month...I still wish they'd do this in January, when I have NOTHING GOING ON AT ALL, instead of November, which is traditionally plagued by commitments.
